Sawyer Wizemann NYU Tandon 2027 Mechanical & Robotics Engineering Student

Sawyer is a self-taught programmer who spends the vast majority of her free time developing Unity games in VR. She was a student amd coding club president and founder at her High School, living in Brooklyn, New York. Initially her development journey started as an app developer around sixth grade to create multiple school projects. Eventually working her way into game development, she has a passion for coding and doesn’t shy away from countless hours of consistent work. She has always had a love for computers and game design. When she made her way to programming, she found the joys of building projects with code, finding lots of drive to teach herself this remarkable form of design. Eventually she found herself as captain of her high school's robotics team, competiting to the city-wide championships and in her freshman year at NYU started the NYU Robomasters robotics team as a mechanical production and competition sublead team member.
